Visit this page to see it. Additional notes Skill 3 - Hellfire's first hit scales with the target's MAX HP, not current HP. If the target has less than 30% (or 15% on a boss) of its MAX HP remaining, it will drop its HP to 1, then attempt to finish it on the second hit. The shield created by Hellfire only accounts damage done by the second part of the skill - that is - the 860% ATK. The damage from the first part (30%/15%) is NOT accounted. The self inflicted damage from Hellfire is 15% against bosses, 30% against anything else. The 30%(15%) damage is fixed damage, which ignores defense but can be affected by the shield buff, invincibility, damage reduction passives, brand, etc. When using the skill to bosses who have passive "Reduce damage proportional to max HP "effect such as Raid and Rift dungeon, the damage is greatly reduced as like other skills dealing dmg proportion to max HP.
