Mt. Runar is the thirteenth and final area in the scenario area of the Battle Map, and is available to players after completing Mt. Runar in normal mode.
When you destroyed the Contaminated Dragon at the end of Mt. Runar, another piece of the Kagor Magic Stone appeared. Lycana sends a message that purifying the magic stones is going well and the Portal is becoming more stable. She says the Council needs your help to find some more pieces and informs you that Chiruka Remains has been abandoned by all researchers due to monster activity, specifically a giant monster they've never seen before.
During the campaign, Ellia notes that she doesn't think that the same dark energy is present. When the giant rises out of the water, she notes that she doesn't feel the dark energy, even though the giant seems contaminated/changed. When defeated, a dark yellow crystal appears that Ellia says must be a stone that has been altered. Then the background focuses in on a portal that activates. Ellia then says "That lights...Is that... the Portal?"
You then receive a message from Durand who reports good news, bad news, and more good news. All of the magic stones have been purified, the Portal has become unstable again with the seal on the verge of breaking, and the Portal you found is to the ancient civilization which is able to purify the magic stones. He thanks you on behalf of the Council.
In Stage 7, Chiruka Remains's boss is alone and does not bring two underlings.
The Boss's skills are: Expanded Beam [Attacks all enemies with a beam and weakens the Defense for 2 turns with a 50% chance], Plasma Canon [Attacks all enemies 4 times and decreases their attack gauge by 25%], and Compressed Beam [Attacks the enemy with the highest HP 5 times and inflicts continuous damage for 1 turn with each attack].
