| Giant's Keep | Early game | Low |
This is a good beginner team for early farming of GB10, utilizing monsters easily obtainable for most newer players even without spending any money, and runes which can be farmed at lower floors of Giant's Keep.
Core team[]
This team relies on ample support and good team synergy to survive through the whole dungeon floor, including against the boss. It's combination of support buffs and debuffs ensures minimal damage is taken, with an extra slot to allow for either a good damage dealer or more support, depending on what's needed. This is a flexible team that can be built a variety of ways, depending on what each player needs.

- Veromos provides a passive AOE status cleanse, as well as a fairly flammable AOE stun, and some bonus damage through DOTs, ensuring both survivability as well as bringing in a bit of extra damage.
- Speed is a priority stat as it allows Veromos to accrue more turns, which in turn allows more passive cleansing and more opportunities for DOT damage. 170 to 180 speed should be the ideal target to hit, although players can get away with 160 speed if the rest of the team has optimal runes.
- Typical supporters stats like HP, Defense, and Accuracy are useful to ensure survivability. Accuracy should generally be at 45% to ensure optimal chances of inflicting debuffs.
- Swift or Violent sets are both good choices for rune sets, although Swift is likely to be more viable early on due to the ease of obtaining it.

- Bernard brings both a speed buff and an ATB boost, ensuring maximum turn potential and helping to refresh skill cooldowns. A source of defense break and attack debuff acts as a bonus.
- Speed is king with Bernard, just like with any ATB booster. The more often he goes, the more turns he can provide to his whole team. 200 speed is ideal, and reasonably easy to obtain even for early game players.

- Shannon brings an attack and defense buff for extra damage and survivability, as well as an AOE slow debuff to help keep enemy monsters from moving too often.
- Shannon will benefit from typical investment in supporter stats, including Speed, HP, Defense, and Accuracy. Accuracy should generally be at 45% to ensure optimal chances of inflicting debuffs.
- A Swift set is easy to obtain, and will help maximize turn potential. Despair runes are a good alternate choice if players have difficulties with mid stage mob monsters.

- Belladeon provides another source of defense break, as well as buff removal and an important source of healing (in addition to the extra ATB boost).
- Belladeon will benefit from typical investment in supporter stats, including Speed, HP, Defense, and Accuracy. Accuracy should generally be at 45% to ensure optimal chances of inflicting debuffs.
- Swift or Violent sets are both good choices for rune sets, although Swift is likely to be more viable early on due to the ease of obtaining it.

- Sigmarus provides a good mix of both damage and support. His second skill is both spammable and hits hard, and provides guaranteed freezing if it lands as a critical hit. His third skill provides AOE damage, inflicts an attack debuff, and scales with enemy HP, making it especially useful against the giant boss.
- Typical damage dealer stats like attack, critical rate, and critical damage are important for maximum DPS. Speed is also useful to have to wrack up more turns. Accuracy is also good to have if relying on the debuffs Sigmarus brings.
- Either Fatal or Rage runes work well with Sigmarus. Violent can also be a viable option, although most beginning players are unlikely to have quality Violent runes.

Mid-End game |
- Darion is a useful monster to have as he has a strong damage reduction passive for the whole team, as well as bringing two incredibly important debuffs (an attack debuff and defense debuff). He can be built with a strong emphasis on HP for both survivability and some extra damage. Darion is useful for players who don't care about long run times, and are unable to fit a good damage dealer into the team.
- HP and defense are going to be the main stats for Darion. Accuracy is also useful to help ensure his debuffs land. Should players be feeling adventurous, critical rate and critical damage can be brought to augment his damage further.
- Players can fit a wide variety of runes on Darion. Players can opt for an all Energy set to maximize survivability, or bring Rage or Violent runes to ensure damage or skill spammability respectability.

- Ahman is a useful healer who provides consistent heals while also bringing a Provoke effect that draws attack to him, which is good because he's chunky enough to survive a lot of hits. He can also bring a bit of damage in his own right as well. Ahman can be a great addition to any team needing stability.
- Speed, HP, and critical rate are the main stats you should prioritize to ensure consistent heals. A bit of accuracy also helps him take advantage of his provoke effect on his first skill.
- Swift or Violent sets are the usual go-to runes on Ahman, but players can load up on stats with Energy runes as well.

- Akhamamir is a good damage dealer, able to blow away most of the early monster waves in the floor easily while also providing decent damage against the boss. He also benefits from his wind typing, able to take a few more hits against the boss compared to other damage dealers.
- Typical damage dealer stats like attack, critical rate, and critical damage are important for maximum DPS. Speed is also useful to have to wrack up more turns. Accuracy is also good to have if relying on the his stuns and DOTs.
- Either Fatal or Violent runes work well with Akhamamir, like with most damage dealers.

- Orochi is a solid single target DPS unit whose attacks benefit directly from speed, allowing you to build his speed up without sacrificing much damage per hit. His wind typing, ATB decrease, and DOT stacking ability is practically made for the Giant alone. Having him in does mean sacrificing a potential AOE DPS unit, so it's worth keeping this in mind. His third skill also guarantees a boss counterattack, although his wind typing does mitigate this somewhat.
- Loading up on speed, critical rate, and critical damage is the preferred way of building him to maximize DPS as much as possible.
- Swift runes are the most practical set for most people, although Violent runes are always a good way of maximizing turn potential.

- Theomars is a solid single target DPS monster with great survivability thanks to his passive, and elemental damage bonus against all targets. His main attack scales off speed, allowing one to invest in speed without losing to much damage per hit. He also carries his own source of defense break, allowing him to provide a secondary support role as well.
- Loading up on speed, critical rate, and critical damage is the preferred way of building him to maximize DPS as much as possible.
- Typical damage sets like Fatal and Rage work well, although Violent is often the preferred choice for maximum DPS potential.
General usage[]
- This team is designed to run on auto to ensure as minimal involvement as possible.
- Ensure that the team AI is set to target the boss by default.
- Turn order isn't particularly important here if basic stat requirements are met. If bringing a DPS monster, such as Sigmarus, ensure it goes last to capitalize on defense break from it's teammates.
Strengths[]
- Easy to set up using monsters widely available to most people.
- Flexible and easy to tweak based on individual preference and options.
- Reliable team with relatively low rune requirements.
Weaknesses[]
- Can be slow if there are not enough DPS monsters in the team.
Variants[]
- Replace Shannon with Chasun if you need more sources of healing.
- Swift or Violent runes are the preferred sets, with an emphasis on Speed and HP for maximum healing.
- Veromos can be replaced with a support like Darion if attempting at an earlier stage.
